I found the perfect chunky cotton yarn! The chunky weight is perfect for blankets, sweaters, scarves…you name it!
I made this cotton baby blanket for my husband’s nephew and his wife’s new baby, Cade❤️
So easy, so soft, so cushy!
I love this yarn!! This is the first chunky cotton yarn I’ve tried. Why did I wait so long? Normally, I shy away from working with 100% cotton yarn because it’s too stiff. Not this yarn! Crocheting was a pleasure and I’m hooked! (Get it?)
You can wash it in cold water, but they suggest not to tumble dry. So air dry or possibly try air dry on your dryer settings.
If you’re looking for an incredibly soft 100% cotton yarn, this is for you! Cotton is preferred for those with sensitive skin (like me) and for babies and toddlers.
Fair warning, this yarn does shed while you’re working on it. I suggest using a lint roller before using or gifting. A small annoyance, but well worth the quality of the finished product.
If you’re looking for the best deal on this yarn, visit the Premier Yarn website, https://www.premieryarns.com/ I was able to get each 50 yard skein for $3.99. With the 20% off coupon I found online.
